Our practitioner at Freedom Prosthetics & Orthotics is Peter A Fjeldsted. Peter is a Certified Prosthetist and he has been in the field for over 12 years.Peter graduated from the Prosthetics program at Cal State University in California in 2008. He is ABC Certified (American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics, Inc.). Peter builds most of the prosthetics himself with the use of newly developed materials. This craft is more than a career for Peter, but more of a passion to create a superior fit and ensure high quality functioning limbs. When Peter is not in the office, he enjoys time spent with his wife and kids outdoors in the beautiful Saint George weather.
Uluwehi or “Wehi” ( Vay-h ee) was born and raised in Hawaii but has called Saint George home for over 10 years. Wehi has a well-rounded background in both patient care, administration and gathering Clinical Documentation. She has spent the last 4 years at Freedom P&O and absolutely enjoys the prosthetics and orthotics field. When not in the office, you can find her enjoying the everyday details of family life.
Jessica has been working with the company for almost 5 years, she has been at the company since it was established and loves working with such a dedicated team. She has a passion for the industry and for patient care. In her free time, you can find Jessica spending time at home or going on adventures with her family and friends.
Kahililani or “Lani” (Lah-knee) is the newest addition to the team. She was born and raised in Maui, Hawai'i but has spent many years in Saint George, which she now calls her home. Lani has 4 years of medical office experience and truly enjoys helping people improve the quality of their lives by spreading the power of aloha. Outside of the office, Lani spends all her time making endless memories with her children and family while enjoying the scenery and beauty that Saint George has to offer.
Aubrey is a Senior at Southern Utah University and will be graduating in the Spring of 2021. She plans to attend Baylor College of Medicine to become a Practitioner of Prosthetics and Orthotics. Aubrey enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting, drawing, and going on adventures.
